Where does CertPay Wizard get the information to create the Certified Payroll Report?

CertPay Wizard extracts data and information from a number of Peachtree features to create the Certified Payroll Report. These features include:

  • Inventory for Activity Items (ex. Labor, Truck Drive, Mason, etc.)
  • Jobs
  • Employees
  • Time Tickets
  • Payroll

Is there any special Employee Setup to be done in Peachtree?

It is strongly recommended that all reportable hourly employees to have their ‘Peachtree Pay Method’ set to ‘Hourly-Time Ticket Hours’ (excluding working owners). This allows the time spent by each employee to be associated to a Job and Task automatically when checks are created.

Is CertPay Wizard Multi-User?

No. According to a survey of our existing customer base, multi-user functionality is not high priority.

Does CertPay Wizard display Fringe and Vacation Rates?

Yes. When Fringe and Vacation are tracked in Peachtree using the EmployEE fields, CertPay Wizard will display the Fringe and Vacation rates.
