How are iBrain applications licensed?
Each application purchased from iBrain comes with a single workstation and a single Peachtree or QuickBooks company license. Additional company or workstation licenses are available at an additional charge.
What is the definition of a Peachtree or QuickBooks Company license?
While Peachtree and QuickBooks allows an end user to create as many companies as they would like, Wizard requires the purchase of a license for each newly created company that will work with a given iBrain Application.
Example:
A business functioning as a single entity, that is one with a single Federal
Identification Number (FEIN), operates two separate branches. Since Peachtree
and QuickBooks identifies each branch as a separate company to work with a
particular iBrain Application such as CertPay, two software licenses will be
required.
