Return Policy

An iBrain national enhancement may be returned* within 30 days of the ship date as long as a license code/unlock code** has not been issued for the application. Once a serial number and license code has been issued, the enhancement cannot be returned and no refund will be issued.

Products returned within the 30 days and in which no license code/unlock code was issued, are subject to a 15% restocking/cancellation fee with or without the seal broken.

This return policy only applies to national enhancements developed by iBrain, Inc. and does not cover products resold by iBrain, Inc. that have been developed by Sage Software, Inc., Microsoft Corporation, Inuit Inc., etc.

All Reports generated in Crystal Reports ® for Peachtree ® are designed for a particular version of Peachtree and may need to be rewritten for the new version of Peachtree ®.

Hardware purchased from iBrain, Inc, is subject to the respective manufacturer's return policy. Please call iBrain for information regarding the return policy for a particular hardware item.

* Custom Enhancements developed by iBrain, Inc cannot be returned under any circumstances. Custom Enhancements include applications developed for a particular company/business and/or any Reports generated in Crystal Reports® for Peachtree ®.

** A License code/unlock code is defined as: When the end user or agent acting on behalf of the end user contacts iBrain, Inc. via the Phone or Web Site, for a serial number and/or license code/unlock code.
