Q) When I look at the list of employees either through the Edit Employees window or the Employee report after processing, it is showing incorrect employee information.  What needs to be done to correct this?

A) An update to E-File W-2 2011 has been posted to the web site to resolve this issue.

Download and install 17.0.0.2 from the downloads page.  This will upgrade the current installation to version 17.0.0.2.

Once the progam has been updated, retrieve information from your accounting package.
