Q) When I preview the Totals report in WizMag, the State Total Wages and State Taxes Withheld fields are blacked out.  However they appear on the Employee report.  Why is this happening?

A) The blacking out of state taxes and wages on the Totals report is by desgin.  The layout of the Totals report is designed to match the Employee report's design as possible.  However the totals record in the W-2 file normally contain only federal totals so the state tax and wage fields are blacked out to reflect this information.

The totals listed on the Employee report will be the totals used by your state's Department of Revenue.
